Reverse the Red and the Centers for Species Survival

April 22 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am EDT

Together we can change the outcomes for threatened species!

In the framework of the Earth Day, and to continue exploring different perspectives around this important issue, join us in our new webinar: Reverse the Red and the Centers for Species Survival to discuss and shape  how we can Reverse the Red using the conservation model: Assess – Plan – Act. In this opportunity, we will hear from Kira Mileham, IUCN SSC Director of Strategic Partnerships; Tim Lyons, ABQ BioPark; Catarina Fonseca, Oceanario de Lisboa; Sonja Luz, Wildlife Reserves Singapore; and Fabiana Lopes Rocha, Parque das Aves, about how experts Assess – Plan – Act when saving endangered species.

If we work together, we might just be the generation to stop the decline in species.

The aim of this webinar is to bring multiple examples working under one model: Assess – Plan – Act for Conservation. We will have five panelists, among them, Kira Mileham, IUCN SSC Director of Strategic Partnerships.

Speakers:

Tim Lyons – ABQ BioPark
Catarina Fonseca – Oceanario de Lisboa
Roopali Raghavan – Wildlife Reserves Singapore
Fabiana Lopes Rocha – Parque das Aves
Kira Mileham – IUCN Species Survival Commission
